The Gimme More’s conservatorship came to an end last year in November, but the singer has still been battling her father, Jamie Spears, in court.

Britney has accused her father of abusing her conservatorship over the years, including putting surveillance in her bedroom without her permission, according to TMZ.

According to Variety, the judge in the case officially ruled earlier this week on Wednesday that Jamie must sit for a deposition.

On her father’s side of accusations, he claims that his daughter has spread false statements and lies about him.
