EXCLUSIVE

An escort who filmed a client performing a sex act on her without his knowledge before sending it to his fiancée two months later claims the man is now stalking her as fake escorting profiles in her name have been created since the matter became public.

Brooke Ariel Grace Baker, 31, said the man, who she met through escortsandbabes.com.au, unblocked her on social media and has started bombarding her online and may be behind a series of fake escorting accounts.

‘He unblocks me on TikTok and votes on a poll I put on my story,’ Baker told Daily Mail Australia.

‘He’ll get in contact with me every now and again and send things on email saying “I miss my best friend”.’

The man sought a restraining order against Baker in October after he and his fiancée received an anonymous email with a video of him performing oral sex on her in August last year.

After the couple received the video, they reported the matter to police, who issued an apprehended violence order to protect the man from Baker.

Despite pleading guilty to sharing the video without the man’s knowledge or
consent, Baker claims that he was aware he was being filmed and paid for the intimate footage.

‘It got sent from a random email so they [victim] automatically assumes I did it,’ she said.

‘He makes eye contact to the camera a number or times, he was aware he was being filmed.’

She said the man was booking her multiple times a day and they were ‘inseparable’ at the time it was filmed.

‘He’s ruined my life and has no remorse and everyone now thinks I’m a psycho escort… and I don’t even escort anymore.’

However, despite her legal woes, she has vowed to ‘never go back to escorting ever again’.

The backlash since the saga was made public has meant Baker been forced to quit what she calls her ‘dream job’ at a local leagues club.

‘I was being trained in bar gaming, functions and events at the leagues club,’ she said.

‘They said they didn’t want that sort of influence in the club.’

Baker was previously found guilty of two counts of intentionally recording an intimate image without consent, despite not showing up to court.

Baker told Daily Mail Australia she couldn’t afford legal representation and was instructed by her legal aid lawyer to plead guilty.

‘To be honest I pleaded guilty just to get it over and done with not expecting the bullsh*t was put in the news… I can’t afford the lawyers to fix this.’

The pair connected in 2018 through an online escort service.

The man booked Baker, who used the alias ‘Amelia’, and the pair organised to meet at the Meriton Suites in Parramatta.

However, Baker denies his version of events, saying they actually met on Valentine’s Day 2022.

‘He booked me three times that day and we became inseparable ,’ she said.

The relationship is understood to have turned sour when the victim stopped booking her services or answering her calls.

The court heard months later she spotted him stopped at traffic lights at an intersection and got into his car where the pair argued, with Baker only leaving after he told her he was driving to a police station.

She then sent him 244 texts and made 87 calls to his phone in one evening without him replying. After being found guilty of recording the video an AVO was issued preventing her from contacting him.

However, Baker also now disputes this, and says in both cases, ‘another escort’ was involved, not her.

‘Several times he promised he was going to leave her [his fiancée]. He has multiple escorts that were trying to turn him into a boyfriend, but I am the only one that’s copping the fire of it all,’ she said.

Baker will remain on bail and her matters will return to court on October 24.
