Just days after the Cannes Film Festival wrapped up, the southern France city welcomed the Longines Champions Tour horse jumping event, with a field that included Bruce Springsteen’s daughter Jessica Springsteen.
The 30-year-old Jessica – the middle child of Bruce Springsteen and Patti Scialfa – was spotted at the event at Cannes on Thursday.
The equestrian was all smiles at the event in the southern France resort town, though her famous father was not in attendance at the event.

The horse jumper was spotted wearing a forest green polo shirt for her horse jumping team, the Miami Celtics.
She had diamond-studded earrings in both ears and her brunette locks pulled back for the event.
She also wore white pants with a black belt and long black leather riding boots as she walked through the grounds.

During the event, she also wore a matching forest green riding jacket and a black helmet as she guided her horse through the steeplechase course.
While Springsteen was born in Los Angeles, her father and mother moved her and her brothers to a horse farm in Colts Neck Township, New Jersey, which lead to her love of horses.
She started riding horses when she was just four years old, and won several riding events while growing up.

Jessica made her Olympic debut at the delayed 2021 games in Tokyo, after being selected as an alternate on the 2012 U.S. equestrian team.
While she finished just shy of the medal round in the individual events, Springsteen was part of the U.S. team competition that took home the silver medal in Team Jumping.
She said it was her, ‘biggest honor’ to ride for her country at the Tokyo Games, in an interview with People ahead of the games.

‘Throughout my career, representing my country has been my goal, and so to be doing so at the Olympics, it’s a huge honor. I couldn’t be more excited,’ she said, while also discussing the year-long delay of the games.
‘As athletes, we need to be adaptable and learn to push through. I just tried to stay as focused as I could on my goal,’ she said.
‘I took the extra year to continue training and developing my partnership with Don, and I think it made us stronger for this year, she added.
