Budget airline Scoot is offering discount fares from Perth to Berlin starting at $299 one way on select dates from May to September.

Flights from the Gold Coast start at $309 while flights from Sydney and Melbourne are from $319.

‘2019 is set to be a huge year for the city. It has been 30 years since the fall of the Berlin Wall,’ said Director of the Australian German Tourist Office Nadja Warner.

If Germany isn’t your cup of tea, budget flights with Ryanair can get you to London, Milan or Brussels from $25. 

Combined with a $299 return flight from Berlin, you can fly to the UK, Italy or Belgium for less than $700.

The Singaporean airline offers cheap flights to Asia including Singapore from $159, Indonesia from $169 and Thailand or Vietnam from $189.

Sale trips do not include checked luggage or food, but do include 10kg carry-on luggage.
