Buffalo Bills dismantle the Dallas Cowboys in a huge 31-10 victory over Dak Prescott and C—–o… who are knocked off top spot in the NFC as five-game win streak comes to an end

The Dallas Cowboys have been knocked off top spot of the NFC East after their 31-10 blowout loss to the Buffalo Bills, as their five-game win streak also comes to an end.

The outcome of Sunday’s game at Bills Stadium now means the Cowboys (10-4) are back into familiar territory – a wild card birth – just a day before their division rivals, the Philadelphia Eagles (10-3) play the Seattle Seahawks on the West Coast. Dallas last won its division in 2021 with a 12-15 record.

Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott never got going against Buffalo, despite having a high pass completion rate (21-of-34 for 134 yards, one TD and an INT). Running back Tony Pollard had 11 carries for a mere 52 yards. Prescott’s touchdown pass to CeeDee Lamb came with 2:48 left in the fourth quarter.

For the Bills (8-6), the home win cements their spot as a wild card team even more, with the New York Jets (5-9) lying third in a weak AFC East.

Buffalo now trails division leaders Miami Dolphins (10-4) ahead of next week’s crucial game against the L.A. Chargers on Saturday, December 23.
