A Sydney property sitting empty since a fire tore through last year is expected to sell for over $1million.
All that’s left is charred bricks and part of a roof but the three-bedroom home at 25 Wellington Street, Rosbery, in Sydney’s inner west has attracted a number of potential buyers, Realestate.com.au reported.
The home, which has a price guide of $1.3million, was ravaged by fire, believed to have started in the living room, only two days before Christmas last year.

Agent Daniel Baran who is selling on behalf of Stone Real Estate Double Bay said the home is unliveable in its current state.
‘You can’t even walk onto the site,’ he said.
Mr Baran said the property is being sold for land value only, which has attracted interest from people who want to build.
‘A lot of interest is from people who don’t want to buy someone else’s. They want to personalise and style their own,’ Mr Baran said.
The home will go up for auction on December 2 at 3.30pm.
