Jessica Alves enjoyed a day of pampering as she headed to the salon before later undergoing botox injections in London on Monday.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star, 40, slipped into a plunging lace dress for the outing and showcased her dramatic transformation while leaving Retro Hair.
Jessica had extra long blonde extensions added to her luscious locks with her hair now reaching past her peachy bottom.
She strutted her stuff outside the salon in the figure-hugging dress which she teamed with matching lace gloves and a pair of towering heels.
The reality star, who has had more than 100 procedures and spent over £1million on cosmetic surgery, then headed to have her botox and hydraulic acid ‘topped up’ as she took to Instagram to document the procedure.

Earlier this year she flew to Turkey for a £15,000 face, lip and neck lift, telling MailOnline: ‘I spend £10,000 a month alone in face and body procedures to delay my natural aging process, I find myself on a daily basis every week at a different clinic in London who has the latest therapies to improve my skin and to reverse my natural aging process and, as much as all those procedures work, they aren’t permanent.’
It comes after Jessica had revealed she had been offered a six-figure contract for a TV show in the US but has been ‘left in limbo’ as the contract warrants her deleting her OnlyFans.
She relocated to the US to try to carve out a career over there but claimed that despite positive feedback, she has been put in ‘limbo’ by TV executives, who want her to stop selling racy photos on the adults-only site.
Jessica told MailOnline: ‘They love me in the USA and I’ve been offered a contract to move to the USA for 15 months and to host an evening chat show.’
She revealed she was offered a six figure contract to sign with a network but it would involve handing over her Instagram account and deleting her OnlyFans account.
Jessica explained: ‘It’s putting me in a limbo as my OnlyFans is where I get to chat with real fans and also express my femininity with sexy snaps and videos.
The TV star – who came to prominence in the media as the Human Ken Doll before transitioning into a woman – still loves the USA and the fans she has over there.
But she is hesitant to commit to the big move because she would rather focus on being ‘happy’ and catching up on ‘lost time’ after so long.

She added: ‘As much as I love the USA and my fan base there it would be like starting my life all over again.
‘I have made a successful career on TV around the world with 750 TV shows in 24 countries. Being able to speak five languages fluently, I was pretty much at all TV channels in Europe.
‘But at this stage in my life – soon to turn 41 – my ambition is to be happy and to have fun and to catch up with lost time as my real life started too late in my life .’
Earlier this year, Jessica revealed that she was set to appear on a Loose Women-esque chat show for NBC after previously appearing on Spanish language series in the past.
She revealed: ‘I have been offered a contract with NBC to host on my woman’s chat show – the format is very similar to Loose Women in the UK – where I’m the host.

‘The show is in English but also in Spanish, as more the half on the USA are Spanish speaking. Now we are just working on the legalities of it.’
‘I did seven TV shows here where I was also able to promote the comic books and now I’m set to became next America sweetheart as the ratings were super high.’
Jessica was previously a guest on Spanish talk shows La Mesa Caliente and Hoy Dia, and has been showcasing every inch of her jaw-dropping curves during her time in Los Angeles.
