Caitlin Clark wows alongside boyfriend Connor McCaffery and NBA star Tyrese Haliburton at Pacers charity gala

WNBA superstar Caitlin Clark continued to enjoy her first professional offseason as she stunned just as much on the red carpet as she does on the court.

Aside from the occasional appearance at a basketball or football game, the Rookie of the Year has been keeping a relatively low profile after her debut season in the pros came to an end last month.

But the Indiana Fever star resurfaced over the weekend when she attended the Golden Gala event, a fundraiser for the Pacers Foundation, which benefits the local Indiana community.

The 22-year-old wowed in a chic strapless black dress, accessorizing the elegant look with silver accents in her heels, purse and jewelry.

Dressed to the nines, Clark posed alongside her boyfriend Connor McCaffery, who smartened up in a white shirt, black slacks and grey suit jacket.

McCaffery, the son of Iowa men’s basketball coach Fran McCaffery, actually worked for the Pacers after playing for the Hawkeyes in college. Now the 26-year-old assistant is heading into his first season under decorated Butler head coach Thad Matta in Indianapolis.

Clark was also pictured with her NBA counterpart, Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton with Indiana’s two point guards matching in all-black.

Her red-carpet appearance comes amid speculation over the star rookie’s offseason plans now that the WNBA season has officially come to an end with the New York Liberty’s championship-clinching victory over the Minnesota Lynx Sunday night.

The new ‘Unrivaled’ women’s basketball league will reportedly launch a full-on offensive to lure Clark to its ranks.

The league, co-founded by WNBA stars Breanna Stewart and Napheesa Collier, will employ a 3-on-3 style and feature a total of 30 top players like Kelsey Plum, Brittney Griner and Angel Reese.

However, it has yet to capture one of the WNBA’s biggest blockbuster names in Clark at the end of her rookie season.

But off the back of landing a new TV deal , ‘Unrivaled’ reportedly won’t be deterred in its pursuit.

The league is set to launch its offensive in the coming few weeks with a ‘full-court press’ for the former Iowa Hawkeye’s signature, according to a report from Front Office Sports.

The 3-on-3 league is said to have been biding its time with no rush to pressure Clark, who is enjoying the offseason after her debut season in the pros with the Indiana Fever.

However, it is apparently ready to step up its approach with the hope that the appeal of a lucrative paycheck and the prospect of playing alongside some of the biggest names in the game can lure in Clark.
