With just over three months left of the season, Manchester City find themselves with a serious chance of winning an unprecedented quadruple.
Pep Guardiola’s side have already won the first trophy of the season, lifting the Carabao Cup with a penalty shootout win over Chelsea at Wembley earlier this month.
There are three other prizes still up for grabs though and you wouldn’t bet against this current crop of players from taking them all.

With nine games to go in the Premier League, City are one point ahead of Liverpool in the most exciting title race the division has seen in years.
They have been here before too, when they rescued the title from the grasp of Steven Gerrard and Brendan Rodgers in 2013-14 and will be confident of history repeating itself after the Reds’ recent dip in form that has seen them drop eight points in their last six league matches.
Completing a domestic treble would be an achievement in itself and the FA Cup draw has opened up nicely for City to win the competition for the first time in eight years.
City and Manchester United are the only ‘big six’ teams left and, with a quarter-final away to Swansea, Guardiola must be looking forward to another Wembley date soon.
United have cause for concern when they travel to Wolves while the other last-eight ties are Watford at home to Crystal Palace and Championship side Millwall taking on an out-of-form Brighton.

The one competition that has eluded City since their recent transition into a global superpower is the Champions League. Roberto Mancini, Manuel Pellegrini and Guardiola have all tried and failed to bring continental success to the Etihad Stadium.
Their best effort came in 2015-16 when Pellegrini oversaw an agonising 1-0 aggregate semi-final defeat by Real Madrid before the Spanish giants went on to lift the title in Milan.
City have built a good advantage in the first leg of their last-16 tie with German side Schalke, coming from 2-1 down to win 3-2 at the VELTINS-Arena ahead of the return leg on March 12.
Here, Sportsmail assesses what lies ahead for City in the final few months of the season and whether Guardiola can really lead his team to unparalleled glory.
March
The month started off pretty comfortably for City with a 1-0 victory at Bournemouth which, paired with Liverpool’s Merseyside derby stalemate, propelled them to the top of the table. Their next league game is at home to Watford on Saturday.
Schalke then arrive in Manchester for the second leg of their Champions League last-16 clash.
FA Cup action will take centre stage the following weekend with another trip to Wales, following their win at Newport County in the previous round, to face Swansea in the quarter-finals.
Guardiola will then have time to breathe and regroup as his players embark on an international break. Once his squad have reconvened from all four corners of the globe, City travel to face Fulham in the Premier League as a routine-looking March comes to a close.

April
There is one word to describe City’s April schedule and that is chaotic. A run of eight games in just over three weeks could see their season collapse in an instant.
They open the month with a Premier League game against Cardiff that will be rearranged if they reach the FA Cup semi-final.
City are pencilled in to play Crystal Palace the following weekend but that too could be moved forward if they reach the Champions League quarter-finals, which will take place either side of the meeting with the Eagles.
After this disruption, they then face Tottenham and Manchester United in back-to-back Premier League games that will have a huge say on the title race.
Four days after the Manchester derby, City travel to Burnley. The heavy workload in April concludes with a potential Champions League semi-final first-leg.

May
If City can get through April unscathed in the Premier League, things look more straightforward in May, allowing them to focus on the two final aspects of the quadruple.
They begin the month with a league game at home to Leicester before the return leg of the Champions League semi-final.
City could then have a chance at reaching the halfway point of the quadruple as they travel to Brighton on the final day of the Premier League season.
Guardiola could potentially wrap up a domestic treble six days later, with the FA Cup final scheduled to take place at Wembley on May 18.
City could have won the Premier League title and the FA Cup by the time May concludes
June
There is only one game in June and it could be the biggest fixture in Manchester City’s history — especially if the quadruple is still on.
Will they be travelling to the Wanda Metropolitano in Madrid to compete in the Champions League final on June 1?
If so, and a fourth trophy is still in their sight, they’ll be just 90 minutes from eclipsing United’s 99′ treble winners with the greatest feat ever achieved by an English club.
