The mystery star featured in a range of other snapshots for the magazine too.

In one, she was seen leaning up against a silver bullet camper with her arms folded and her head bowed towards the ground.

The former Victoria’s Secret Angel wore a brimmed hat on top of the shocking orange locks with an eclectic outfit ensemble that boasted a dress cage.

She appeared once more in a black-and-white image as she gazed longingly out of the camper window with her head rested on her hand.

For anyone who is yet to work it out, the bombshell is Karlie Kloss.

The supermodel’s edgy new look was styled by magazine editor-in-chief Carine Roitfeld and bought to life by guest creative directors Kate Aubrey and Kyra Griffin.

Roitfeld said that the upcoming issue is dedicated to the beauty of Mother Nature.

She said: ‘It’s time to think about our legacy, not only as what we will be remembered for, but how future generations can benefit from it.

‘I hope this issue serves as a reminder that nature is not forever if we don’t all take action now.’

But Kloss was not the only famous face to appear in the upcoming addition.

Seven other covers were also produced featuring SZA, Ever Anderson, Emma Chamberlain, Saskia De Brauw, Gabbriette and Abby Champion.

And 59-year-old TV star Lisa Rinna, best known for her stint on The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, was among them too.

Her cover image, styled by Youssef Marquis, showcased her vacuuming in a flowing red dress, but it was the snapshot of her kicking back with a pair of tanning goggles that was most unexpected.

The lenses created a piercing stare effect that was bolstered by the styling of her eyebrows which had been bleached and re-drawn in pencil.

Speaking about the magazine’s release, CR Fashion Book’s CEO Vladimir Roitfeld said: ‘Our upcoming issue is dedicated to celebrating the beauty of Mother Nature, and we’re proud to present a remarkable transformation since the pandemic began.

‘Most of the photography in this issue was shot on location, highlighting breathtaking locations such as the beaches of Malibu and Hawaii.

‘This unique perspective brings a fresh outlook to fashion and style, and we can’t wait for our readers to explore the pages.’
