Another huge fight is set to take place in Saudi Arabia as Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez bids to become the undisputed super-middleweight champion for the second time. 

As Alvarez makes his debut in the Saudi capital, he needs to win to ensure that he can fight Terence Crawford in September. 

That is part of a four-fight deal that he struck with Turki Alalshikh that could also see him fight in September, followed by bouts in February and October 2026.

So, when is the Alvarez vs Scull fight? Which channel is it being shown on and who is on the undercard? 

Cuban boxer Scull is the current holder of the IBF belt, while his opponent owns the WBC, WBO and WBA belts.

When is the Alvarez vs Scull fight? 

Canelo vs Scull will be held at the ANB Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on Saturday May 3. 

Although exact timings are still to be confirmed, the undercard is expected to begin around 6pm BST (10am PT, 12pm CT, 1pm ET), with main-event ring walks at approximately 10pm BST (2pm PT, 4pm CT, 5pm ET).

Broadcaster DAZN has exclusive pay-per-view streaming rights for the fight in the Saudi capital. 

A one-off pass to watch the bout costs £21.99 in the UK and $59.99 in the US – with the equivalent for other countries worldwide being $24.99.
