Car is spotted driving without front wheel in Australia

An Australian driver has been spotted casually driving down a busy road, despite his vehicle missing a front wheel.

In bizarre footage uploaded on Wednesday, a white commodore station wagon can be seen waiting at a set of traffic lights with the missing wheel in plain view.

While the driver seems unfazed by the lack of a tyre, fellow road users are understandably confused.

As the lights turn green, the car begins to make its way down the road while the brake disc scrapes along the ground.

Despite the crunching sound of the metal disc grinding against the road, the driver continues to calmly drive among traffic.

The car appears to move without much hindrance as the three functioning tyres work overtime to keep the vehicle in motion.

Comments accompanying the video were quick to make fun of the commodore, noting the missing fuel cap as another issue.

‘I see the problem. Fuel cap has fallen off,’ one eagle-eyed user wrote.

Another lamented the driver had a hard decision to make, between new tyres or school supplies.

‘I suppose they had a choice…. new tyres for the car or new back to school shoes for the kids,’ they wrote.
