Worrying dashcam footage shows a car weaving all over the road and mounting the kerb twice before crashing into bushes.

Soon after it mounted the kerb for a few metres, swerving back onto the road just before it would have crashed into a tree on the nature strip.

The car then sped off and turned right onto Ascog Terrace, but only made it a block before it went off the road and crashed into some bushes.

The dashcam driver called emergency services at 6.17pm, as witnesses to the crash swarmed to the car to check on the person inside.

Police said the 33-year-old female driver was taken to Royal Brisbane Hospital for an assessment and may have suffered minor injuries in the crash.
