The British beauty, 31, kept a casual figure in a pink sweatsuit as the adorable couple took their pet pooch for a stroll in the tony town of Los Feliz.
Adding a set of designer shades and black sneakers to the mix, the star kept her trademark chestnut locks swept back with a navy headband.
She walked alongside her musician girlfriend, who sported a baby blue NY Mets hoodie, black joggers and a pair of hot pink trainers.
The outing comes a few days after Cara made a surprise appearance at the NFL game in Baltimore on Sunday.

The actress was there to support her friend Taylor Swift, who in attendance to cheer on her boyfriend Travis Kelce, who plays for the Kansas City Chiefs.
It was unclear if Cara’s main squeeze Minke was part of the football shenanigans.
The musician, aged 31, goes by the real name Leah Mason and originates from London.
She got signed to a Nashville label and mostly played blues. But then, she hit a creativity slump and decided to give herself a makeover.
Minke said that the genre didn’t suit her, and she felt stuck singing about ‘bein’ in a bar in Nashville’ or ‘an old man at the crossroads,’ per her interview with Lady Gunn in 2019.

Their paths remerged at a party in early 2022, leading to them rekindling their connection and subsequently entering into a relationship.
