Cara Delevingne has once again appeared worse for wear as she was spotted in her parked car in West Hollywood taking drops of an unknown liquid and smoking in the driver’s seat. 

DailyMail.com saw the 30-year-old model changing her clothes inside her Audi before stopping at a sex shop and browsing racks of dildos and vibrators for about 30 minutes on Melrose Place Wednesday afternoon. 

At one point, the British-born beauty was seen with a long round object – resembling a pipe – in her mouth, rubbing her face and blowing her nose multiple times. 

She changed into shorts that showcased her bruised legs, a purple Jimi Hendrix t-shirt and sneakers as she went makeup free. Cara spoke on the phone and threw on sunglasses and a bucket hat when visiting the store, hiding the deep rings under her eyes.

Delevingne is known for her eccentric style and demeanor and this is just one of several recent public sightings where her erratic behavior was on full display.

She just celebrated her 30th birthday last month and spent the day with A-list pals on a yacht trip to Spain’s Formentera. 

The birthday girl looked to be having the best time as she smeared frosting over her lips, playfully tried to rub it on her pals and appeared to wrestle them. 

This isn’t the first time Cara has been seen changing in her car, despite having a home in Silver Lake, Los Angeles.  

DailyMail.com spotted her in July acting strangely while running errands around town. 

Cara made odd, silly faces while picking up lunch at Subway before stopping at a second fast-food joint Jack in the Box, while taking cigarette breaks and even changing her clothes outside of her Audi along the way.

In May, Cara made headlines and was mocked online for her bizarre conduct at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas.

While Megan appeared to be letting the joyous moment sink in, Cara could be seen leaning in towards her and poking out her tongue – as the rapper ignored her.

A few months earlier, Cara let loose at the Bilt Rewards x Wells Fargo Private Launch Event party in New York City. 

She was spotted gripping a bottle of Della Vite Prosecco as she danced up a storm and hung out with New York City Mayor Eric Adams and A$AP Rocky, among other stars.

Photos of the Suicide Squad star went viral after she was seen pulling a series of animated facial expressions on the night, with the worse for wear star showing off her dance moves in the club.
