Cardi B hit with $3M suit from blogger who claims singer advocated for gang members to ‘handle’ her

Cardi B hit with $3M suit from blogger Tasha K who claims singer advocated for gang members to ‘handle’ her amid their ongoing feud

Cardi B has been sued for more than $3 million by blogger Tasha K, adding to their ongoing legal battles – and getting the FBI involved, to boot.

Tasha K said the I Like It songstress, 26, has impacted her ongoing pregnancy, as Cardi and her associates have put her under distress with their actions, TMZ reported Monday.

The unWinewithTashaK blogger told the court that her physicians had placed her on mandatory bed rest amid the stress of the situation in the early stage of a ‘high-risk pregnancy.’

Claims: Tasha said the Grammy-winning music star called her profane phrases such as 'hoe' and 'dumb a** b****' on Instagram

The Bodak Yellow artist, according to the blogger, threatened her inadvertently when she advocated for gang members to ‘handle’ her, according to the outlet.

Tasha said the Grammy-winning music star, whose full name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, had also called her profane phrases such as ‘hoe’ and ‘dumb a** b****’ on Instagram.

Tasha also singled out Cardi B confidante Skeemo Holmes, who she claims assaulted her with ‘violent messages’ he penned on social media about her. The blogger said in court docs that she notified the FBI about the threat, and was advised to relocate, which she did.

The charismatic musical artist had previously taken Tasha to court with a defamation suit over claims she’d been a sex worker who abused drugs.

Tasha responded in May with a $1 million counter suit, which she updated to include the latest allegations, TMZ reported.

In the federal suit, Tasha said that she resisted Cardi’s overtures to remove a YouTube video on her popular channel in which she and another blogger speculated about personal aspects of Cardi’s life; and said the singer declined to do an interview on their outlet, The Blast reported.

Tasha said that the musical artist subsequently defamed her by claiming that she posted phony stories, harassed her friends and stalked her.

‘Tasha K.’s counterclaims are completely frivolous and have no merit,’ a representative for Cardi B told TMZ. ‘Tasha K clearly seems to think that this lawsuit and the courts are her social media channel where she thinks that she can say anything she wants, without regard for the truth, harassing Cardi and her friends to try to gain reader [sic] to her blog at the expense of Cardi.

‘This is failing — Tasha’s own words in interviews and documents show that her claims are completely false,’ they continued.

‘Cardi fully expects that Tasha K’s claims will be dismissed, and that at the end of this case, Cardi will be victorious and Tasha K will be held accountable for the blatantly false things she has said, written and posted about Cardi, that Tasha K knew were false.’
