Carol Vorderman sent temperatures soaring as she posted a sizzling mirror selfie taken from the swanky Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Thursday.

The TV personality, 60, certainly turned up the heat as she showcased her toned physique in a figure-hugging black-and-grey bodysuit.

Exhibiting her svelte waist in the slinky number, she wore her gorgeous brown tresses in a sleek middle-parting as she leant against a wardrobe.

Fans of Carol went wild for the snap, as they posted a series of complimentry emojis underneath the images. 

‘Hotel life, @grosvenorhouse,’ she captioned her shot, as she gears up to present the Pride Of Britain Awards on Saturday at the Park Lane hospot.

Carol has hosted the ceremony for the past 20 years and will be sharing her duties with Diversity’s Ashley Banjo this year.

It comes after the Countdown presenter admitted to loving being in her sixties as she reveals she sticks a ‘virtual middle finger’ up at people who think she doesn’t dress for her age.

The author turned 60 last December, and spoke to OK! Magazine about turning the milestone age: ‘I love being this age. I can’t be doing with people who aren’t nice and I’ve never cared what people think. 

‘I have totally embraced 60,’ she went on, ‘You can use it as an excuse and say “Oh well, it’s my age.”‘

She then went onto admit that she has always been the rebellious type, and has never cared what other people think.

The Maths whizz also said she has been a ‘free spirit’ her whole life and questioned what the word ‘should’ meant back in her youth. 

‘Mischief is my middle name and I do what I like. I’ve always been a bit of a rebel. I’ve never understood why people conform because society dictates it.

‘I’ve always been a free spirit and questioned what the world “should” means. I was told you should get married at 20 because that’s what girls do.  I said “I’m not doing that” and became an engineer.’
