Caroline Flack loses 8lbs in six days at holistic retreat

She might only be teeny-tiny, but Caroline Flack took to Instagram on Friday to express her shock over losing 8lbs in six days at holistic UK retreat.

Posting a sassy snap of herself perched on a bench, while wearing workout gear and boxing gloves, the 38-year-old looked pretty impressed with herself.

She captioned the image with the words: ‘WTF. I just lost 8lbs in 6 days … made some gorgeous new friends and lolled for about 3000 hours.

‘She had let things slide’: 5’4″ Caroline Flack took to Instagram on Friday as she expressed shock over losing 8lbs in six days at holistic retreat, Nody Camp UK in Osea Island

‘Love you Rik, Kate and everyone at @thebodycampibiza … you guys always ROCK.’

Caroline spent a week at Nody Camp UK and a source told MailOnline: ‘She had let things slide a little recently and she wanted to get back to her happy weight. She looks fantastic.

‘She has a lot of events coming up, like the BRITs so she wanted to get red carpet ready.’

Nody Camp UK was set up by former luxury hospitality boss turned military fitness boot camp manager Kate Whale in March 2016.

It offers not only the chance to get fit, have fun in sublime surroundings and leave feeling happier and healthier, but also the opportunity for guests to develop their general well-being and focus on mind, body and soul.

And in just a few short months, it’s already become the go-to retreat for the celebrity fitness crowd, with the likes of Millie Mackintosh, Caroline Flack, Lisa Snowdon, Rochelle Humes, Rosie Fortescue and chef Madeleine Shaw all fans.

The aim is for guests to leave after having learned the basics to equip them for a life of wellness and undergo a full holistic lifestyle transformation… as well as shifting a few pounds in the process.

A typical stay at the retreat is seven days/nights, but the programme can be extended to up to four weeks for those wanting to undergo a more thorough lifestyle overhaul.

With a focus on communal living and team spirit, no two days are the same. You’re up and at ’em bright and early, with the first workout starting no later than 7am – but don’t worry, there’s morning karaoke (yes, karaoke!) for those struggling to rise from their slumber.

Head coach Rick Parcell, who is in the world’s top four per cent of Master Mind and Transformation Coaches, has developed a weekly programme designed to make fitness fun for all abilities and make guests more mindful of their habits when they leave the camp.

After serving for 14 years in the Royal Navy as a Physical Training Instructor, Rick worked as Lead Trainer in top boot camps in Europe and Los Angeles and has so far helped more than 30,000 people throughout his career.
