Carrie Bickmore and Tommy Little announce major news amid romance rumours

Carrie Bickmore and Tommy Little have celebrated a career milestone.

The radio duo, who co-host the Hit Network drive program Carrie & Tommy, took to Instagram on Tuesday to celebrate their radio show being number one.

Carrie, 43, and Tommy, 39, stood between an inflatable number one to announce they had scored the top radio spot across Australia for the 3-6pm time slot.

‘Thanks again to all our beautiful listeners,’ they wrote in the caption to the image.

Hitting the number one spot this month makes it the pair’s fourth consecutive win in the ratings – the best result the Hit Network has received for its Drive slot since 2018.

Carrie and Tommy currently boast an 11.1 per cent share of the market across Australia, with an 11.7 per cent share in Melbourne and 17 per cent share in Brisbane.

The duo have also been nominated for two Australian Commercial Radio Awards (ACRAs).

The nominations they received include ‘Best On Air Team’ and ‘Best Comedy Segment’ and the results will be announced in October.

Their show’s successful year comes amid rumours the blonde bombshell is dating Tommy following her split with her husband Chris Walker.

Last year, the pair hosted their HIT FM radio show from Paris, France, which had fans convinced they are romantically involved.

Carrie split from her partner of eleven years at the start of last year, while Tommy had been reportedly single after his split from girlfriend Natalie Kyriacou in 2021.

Carrie announced their split in an Instagram post in January 2022, saying the pair was focused on co-parenting their three children, Ollie, 16, Evie, eight, and Adelaide, five.

‘It’s with immense sadness that Chris and I have decided to separate,’ she wrote.

‘While this is a tough time, our focus is on parenting, loving and supporting our three children Ollie, Evie and Addie with everything that we’ve got.

‘They are doing great. We won’t be making any further comment.’

Tommy rushed to Carrie’s side at the time she confirmed her breakup, leading insiders to speculate their friendship could evolve into something more.
