Carrie Bickmore sizzles as she puts on a leggy display in see-through skirt during charity event

Carrie Bickmore turned up the heat at a charity event this week as she put on a leggy display in a racy gown which featured a see-through skirt.

The radio star, 43, posed up a storm for Instagram in the little black dress which retails for $929 and is designed by Rebecca Vallance.

Boasting a diamante encrusted heart belt, the sleeveless number tumbles into a netted skirt with even more sparkling embellishments.

The reel of images Carrie shared with her followers sees the media personality striking a pose on a train track with a lush green field as the backdrop.

Moments later, she arrived at Burdekin Hotel to spruik her Beanies for Brain Cancer at a charity event hosted by Laurie’s Love Inc.

‘Thanks for having us Burdekin,’ Carrie wrote in the caption.

‘An incredible community in North Queensland raising money for Laurie’s Love Inc. and Beanies for Brain Cancer.’

The topic of brain cancer is especially close to Carrie’s heart after losing both her close friend and husband to the disease.

Carrie paid tribute to her pal Donna Nottage with an impassioned message alongside a video showing some of her happier moments before her death.

‘Donna I am so sorry we couldn’t find a cure in time,’ Carrie began her post.

‘It’s hard to believe you climbed Point To Pinnacle with us just a few months ago and now you are gone. What a brutal disease.’

She continued: ‘Donna was an absolute ray of sunshine, determined to “See the Colour” no matter what this horrible disease “Terry the Bastard” (as she called it) threw at her.

‘She was determined to raise funds for vital brain cancer research to give her more time with her beautiful boys, and to help others in the future.

‘As you can see in this video she supported our foundation every beanie campaign and it’s devastating that Donna has passed away in the middle of our beanie week. We’ll wear one in your honour Donna.’

The former Project star tragically lost her late husband Greg Lange to brain cancer in 2010 and has continued his legacy by starting her own charity, Carrie’s Beanies for Brain Cancer.
