Carrie Johnson has shared colourful snaps of her and son Wilfred at London’s Dopamine Land.

The wife of the former prime minister, Boris Johnson, took her two-year-old to the London attraction, which promises a multisensory experience that combines media, technology and play in one place.

Mrs Johnson, 34, who shared the pictures on Instagram, took a selfie in one of the mirrors, covering Wilfred’s face.

She was wearing along grey coat over a charcoal dress, whilst her little boy was in patterned leggings and blue knitted cardigan in her arms.

In other images Wilfred was seen crawling through the interactive museum’s colourful light displays and ball pits in an off-white fluffy jacket, with a big smiley face on the back.

Carried revealed to her followers that Wilf’s jacket was from online children’s boutique, I R I E & I.

Described as a great day out for the kids, the museum also sells itself on boosting people’s moods. And Carrie and Wilfred looked to be having a joyful time and Carried captioned the images on Instagram: ‘A colourful afternoon at Dopamine Land.’

Carrie shared pictures of the tot in a room called infinity and beyond and the popcorn room.

Earlier on the week Mrs Johnson was spotted at a car boot sale at Kempton Park racecourse this morning and purchased two second-hand items for the two-year-old’s stocking.

She found a white vintage toy car and a wooden abacus at the event – also known as the Sunbury Antiques Market – in Surrey.

Posting on Instagram at 6.35am, she asked her followers: ‘Anyone know where I am?’ alongside a photo of the site entrance.

Minutes later, the PR consultant posted a picture of a van and some items on sale, writing: ‘The early bird catches the worm.’

Mrs Johnson – who also has a daughter Romy who turned one last week – with husband Boris Johnson, then showed a picture of the car, which has a Tory-blue steering wheel and trimming and is big enough for a toddler to sit in.

She also posted a photo of the abacus which features cars, ambulances, fire engines and police cars as the counting beads.

It is understood Mrs Johnson was delighted with her bargain purchases, and thinks Wilfred will be too.
