Said to be the most famous eatery in Portofino, Ristorante Puny is a favorite of celebrities and locals respectively.

It’s situated on the piazzetta with tables scattered about for al fresco dining with a view of the parade and the harbour.

The two power Hollywood stars met in 1998 at the Deauville Film Festival where the actor was promoting A Perfect Murder with Gwyneth Paltrow.

Catherine was repping The Mask of Zorro with Antonio Banderas.

He famously told her soon after they met, ‘I want to father your children.

Michael and Catherine wed at The Plaza in New York City in year 2000. They soon after welcomed son Dylan and daughter Carys.

Catherine has starred in the hit series National Treasure: Edge Of History, Prodigal Son and Wednesday.

Meanwhile, iconic actor Michael has been branded ’embarrassing’ by his son Dylan.

The Fatal Attraction star’s boy, 22, said the actor’s cringeworthy moments mainly come from bad ‘dad jokes’ and being out of touch.

Dylan told Page Six at the Broadway opening of Good Night, Oscar about how Michael ‘can be embarrassing sometimes’: ‘More in terms of what he says, rather than who he is.

‘Just dad stuff. (He’s a) bit out of touch – bad jokes for sure!’

Michael was with Dylan at the Broadway opening to support the show’s star Sean Hayes, 52, who he knows from his time doing a cameo on Will & Grace, playing a detective attracted to Will, played by Eric McCormack, 60.

Michael also has son Cameron, 44, from a previous marriage.

Meanwhile, Douglas is considering stipulating in his will that all rights to his image be left to his family because he’s concerned an avatar of him will end up in movies and he’d like to still retain an element of control, he said in March.

Discussing if he would sell his digital image so he could continue starring in movies after he dies, he said: ‘It’s funny you should mention that. You get to an age where you start thinking about your will and estate.

‘Now I’m thinking I’m also going to have to license my name and likeness so the rights go to my family rather than to the metaverse. I see what AI is doing with pictures with text.
