Celebrities across the globe ring in 2020 and a new decade

2020 was welcomed with open arms by a slew of celebrities on Tuesday evening, as they rang in a brand new decade from across the globe and wished their followers a prosperous new year.

Kicking things off from Sirru Fen Fushi in the Maldives were Rochelle and Marvin Humes, and their daughters Alaia-Mai and Valentina.

The family of four hit a lavish beach party for the celebrations, with Rochelle and Marvin posing for a snap under an archway bedecked with twinkling lights.

‘We are all off to the beach party so before the [champagne] kicks in… Happy New Year to you and yours from us and ours… C’MON 2020 let’s go… [sic],’ she captioned the snap, as she cuddled up to her JLS star husband.

In further images shared on her stories, Rochelle posted snaps from the beach party they attended – with Marvin was DJing at – and a sweet snap of him doting on his ‘groupie’ daughters.

Following suit in the Maldives – who are five hours ahead of the UK – were the Faiers family.

TOWIE alum Sam was seen partying – also on a beach – with her daughter Rosie – partner Paul and their son Paul Jr also with them, off-camera.
