Millionaire Celebrity Apprentice star Mark Bouris has revealed how he eats, wears and does the same thing every day.

The businessman turned TV star explained that sticking to a rigid routine for the last 25 years has helped him focus on building his high-flying career.

Bouris also divulged how he exercises three times a week to ‘suppress his demons’ and stop the ‘itching’ in his head – and feels ‘low’ for days if he doesn’t.

Is this the secret to his success? Millionaire Celebrity Apprentice star Mark Bouris has revealed how he eats, wears and does the same thing every day

Describing his strict daily routine, Mark explained that knowing what he will do every day gives his ‘mind a rest’.

‘I listen to the news, then I get up, have a coffee, go to the gym and then after the gym I go and have my breakfast at the same place every day where I sit in the same spot and eat the same food,’ he told the Daily Telegraph’s Confidential.

‘I’ve been doing that for like 25 years. It is just process and therefore my discipline becomes easier because my routine is easy,’ he added.

Bouris, who is launching his new TV show, The Mentor, on Channel Seven next week, wakes at 4.30am, goes to the gym and then has two piccolo coffees and scrambled eggs at his favourite cafe.

He also wears the same clothes – a tie that’s the same colour as his suit with a white shirt and black shoes – and has the same dinner every evening.

For dinner he has chicken of fish stew in winter and fish or chicken with salad in the summer.

Bouris also explained how he sticks to a rigorous exercise routine to relieve the ‘exasperation and frustration’ that builds up during his working hours.

‘If I don’t [exercise] I get the itching in my head and that affects my sleep and then I don’t feel good the next day,’ he shared.

Mark’s interview comes after he was allegedly attacked by a stranger outside of a ritzy restaurant while filming for a new series.

He was outside upmarket Sydney restaurant, The Grounds of Alexandria, earlier this month when he was allegedly set on by an unknown man.

Police have launched an investigation into the attack, which was understood to have occurred during a break from filming after leaving the restaurant, Sydney Morning Herald reported.

The prominent businessman founded Wizard Home Loans in the 1990s, selling it after developing it into Australia’s second largest non-bank mortgage lender.

He has since taken over as executive chairman at Yellow Brick Road, a $200million wealth management company.
