Alex Pike shared her very unique diet on Thursday.
The celebrity cosmetic nurse, 46, posted a flat lay photo of avocado halves, sliced red apple, fried egg and some very well-done steak on a wooden board.
The food items were arranged in quadrants and over the picture of her meal she wrote ‘dinner.’
According to her website, the former AFL WAG has previously said that she kept healthy by not eating ‘sugar, bread or pasta’ relying instead on ‘a dinner of lean protein and green-based vegetables.’
It comes after Alex showed off her incredibly fit figure as she made her grand entrance at the NGV Gala last week in a stunning cream ballgown.

Alex recently revealed the various procedures she’s undergone in a bid to remain youthful.
Speaking to the Not Super Woman podcast, the mum-of-three confessed to having two procedures on her face.
‘I’m not shy about having things done,’ she declared.
‘I have treatments obviously. I’ve had upper eyelid surgery – blepharoplasty – and some liposuction to my jawline,’ Alex continued.
‘I’m not afraid to own the things [I’ve had done],’ she finished.

The brunette beauty has also admitted to getting fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, and laser treatments in the past.
Alex first dabbled with anti-wrinkle injections at the age of 23 after a surgeon urged her to try Botox.
‘I ended up having the treatment – just my frown line,’ she told the Curious Conversations podcast in 2021.
‘And when it started to take effect, I could not believe the difference and I then started getting more modelling jobs because I was looking super fresh.’
In addition to her injectables clinics, Alex also runs her own kickstart beauty and wellness bootcamp called Inside Out Beauty.
And while she’s incredibly comfortable in her skin these days, it hasn’t always been like that for the former WAG.
‘I used to hide my age and be very ashamed because there’s such a stigma for women,’ she told Curious Conversations.
‘I hate when people say, “You’re really hot for a mum.” It’s like, really? Do I have to be attractive for a mum? Can’t I just be attractive?
‘I don’t want to be good for my age. I want to be good,’ she added.
