Celebrity vet Claire Madden puts her Palm Beach-style Gold Coast mansion on the market for $3m

Famed Seaworld vet Dr Claire Madden has put her Gold Coast mansion up for auction.

Known as the star of Seven’s Gold Coast Ocean Rescue, Madden and her husband Ash Moore have listed the five-bedroom property without a price guide.

Located in Bundall, just minutes from the CBD, the modern three-bathroom home is estimated by sales agents to be worth $3.265million.

The couple spent more than two years renovating the sprawling pad reported the Gold Coast Bulletin on Friday.

‘It will be tough for us to part with because we’ve fallen in love with it,’ Madden told the publication.

According to real estate records, the original single storey three-bedroom property last traded in November 2021 for a mere $950,000.

Madden and Moore have since converted the modest fixer-upper into a gorgeous three-level resort style luxury home.

With an open-plan design inspired by the ‘Palm Beach style’, the pad features a pool adjoining al fresco BBQ space.
