Channel Seven sports presenter Abbey Gelmi is making her debut as a red carpet reporter for the Brownlow Medal count.

And the stunner has stolen the show by showcasing her football prowess in a stunning gown, at the AFL event on Monday.

She displayed her playful side in front of the cameras by kicking around a Sherrin football.

But it was back to the cameras for the stunner who flaunted her slender figure in a shimmering silver frock by Leah Da Gloria.

Her dress featured a plunging neckline and thigh high split down the middle of her skirt that hinted at her stunning stems.

The brunette beauty had her luscious chocolate tresses styled in loose wavey lengths.

Her look was complete with a pair of ballet style Christian Louboutin heels.

Earlier in the year, she was announced as part of the commentary team for the Seven Network following the $450million contract for the free-to-air station to broadcast local and internation cricket matches from 2018 to 2024.
