Channing Tatum has revealed he goes on ‘iPhone diets’ because sometimes he feels he can’t be without it.
Speaking at his Blink Twice premiere in London on Monday night, he said: ‘I’m not good at responding to people but I go on full iPhone diets because as soon as I reach for my phone compulsory,’
‘When I’m just sitting there and I feel like I can’t be alone with myself or with my thoughts, I make sure I take a week or two off without it.
‘I think it’s so important.’
Mr Tatum also gushed about his girlfriend and director Zoe Kravitz for being ‘so impressed’ by her.

The Magic Mike actor, 44, and the X-Men actress, 35, have been dating since 2021 and got engaged last year.
Putting on a loved-up display, Mr Tatum was dressed in a black suit whilst Ms Kravitz wore a figure-hugging red slip dress.
‘She’s a very bold human, unbelievably intelligent,’ he said.
‘She is just a dog at creating, she’s relentless and just doesn’t stop.
‘I am so impressed by her.’
And in return, chatting about Mr Tatum, Ms Kravitz said on the red carpet: ‘He’s so amazing in the film.
‘I’m so excited for people to see him do something different than what he’s done before.
‘I think working with your partner is an amazing experience, when you get to be creative together. We know there’s a lot of trust there.

Also in attendance on Monday night was model Cara Delevingne, 32, who kept it relaxed in a Miu Miu pair of navy pinstripe trousers and a yellow sweater.
In a full Miu Miu look, she paired her sweater with a pink collared shirt and finished off the look with a brown suede shirt jacket – which was adorned with sequins – and a pair of loafers.
Ms Kravitz’s father, singer and songwriter Lenny Kravitz, was also there to support his daughter.
Mr Tatum’s Magic Mike co-star Salma Hayek, 57, was also there to support him.
The first trailer for Blink Twice came out in April and stars Mr Tatum as a charming tech billionaire named Slater King who owns a private island.
King invites two women to the remote destination, Frida, played by Naomi Ackie, and Jess, played by Alia Shawkat.
