Charlize Theron, 48, says ‘spring break mode activated’ as she enjoys Disney World vacation with daughters Jackson, 11, and August, 7

Charlize Theron posted three photos on Instagram Wednesday from a Disney World vacation she’s on in Florida with her two daughters.

‘Spring break mode activated,’ the 48-year-old actress said in a caption for a post in which she was with her daughters Jackson, 11, and August, seven, at the theme park.

In the first shot, the Oscar-winning Monster star, who hosted the 20th annual Desert Smash event in La Quinta, California earlier this month, donned a white top with horizontal blue stripes as she posed in front of the Cinderella Castle at the amusement park.

The South African actress donned a ballcap with Mickey Mouse on it and a pair of bracelets with a pair of black sunglasses clipped to her shirt.

The Atomic Blonde actress was posed with daughters Jackson, 11, and August, 7, in front of a rainbow mural painted with Mickey Mouse ears with the phrase ‘LOVE.’

The A-list beauty, who was pictured in Los Angeles supporting one of her daughters at a basketball game earlier this month, opened up about parenting last autumn.

‘My oldest just went to middle school and it was literally, it was so sad,’ Theron said in New York City at a Breitling Navitimer cocktail party Q&A session last September, according to People. ‘I was like, “Where’s my baby?”‘

Theron opened up on communicating with her eldest daughter about her boundaries amid the time of change, adding that ‘it’s like a whole different game.

‘She was like, “Mom, please don’t look, mom, don’t hug me,”‘ she said. ‘I was like, “Can I hug you?” She’s like, “No, no.” Oh my God.’

The Bombshell star said that ‘there’s something about having kids that you’re so aware of the changes that come and they happen really fast and it’s just a tremendous jump from one year to the other.

‘So it’s always exciting to see where they’re going to go in the next year.’

Theron, who adopted Jackson in 2012 and August in 2015, told People in 2018 that she was inclined to adopt her kids in part due to her upbringing in South Africa and visiting orphanages.

‘Even when I was in relationships, I was always honest with my partners, that adoption was how my family would look one day,’ Theron said. ‘This was definitely not a second option for me. It was always my first.’

Theron last summer shared clips on social media as she attended Taylor Swift’s concert with her daughters in Los Angeles at SoFi Stadium, which coincided with her 48th birthday August 7.

‘Thank you for the best birthday ever @taylorswift!!!’ she captioned the post. ‘We had such a great f***ing time.’
