Charlotte Dawson has officially confirmed she is expecting a baby boy, despite admitting she had hoped for a little girl.
The TV personality, 30, revealed the news in a sweet Instagram video alongside fiancé Matthew Sarsfield and twenty-month-old son Noah.
The trio popped a balloon bearing the words Prince or Princess and the video turned from black and white to colour, the blue confetti filled the air.
Charlotte could be seen wearing satin blue pyjamas with a feather trim, while Matt wore a blue too and Noah donned pyjamas which said he was going to be a big brother.
Later taking to her Instagram Stories she denied ‘slipping up’ after fans accused her of accidentally revealing the gender in a post days earlier.

She captioned the clip: ‘I’m so excited to finally share with you all what baba we are having, obvs we already know.. but here’s a little gender reveal for you all. Noah is going to be the best big brother’.
Then in the lengthy video Charlotte said: ‘Guys you finally all know, I’m having another boy. Oh my god. I mean I’m going to have another little terror on my hands. I think I’m just meant to be a boy mum aren’t I, a soccer mum.’
‘Obviously I really wanted a girl, of course. I wanted a little bit of a mini me, a little diva running around but I think she’d be an absolute nightmare to be honest, but obviously I’m so happy and so blessed that I could have another baby and I really wanted Noah to have a best friend’.
‘And I just wanted to like match them both the same. Obviously I’m very very happy, and just so excited to finally tell you all.’
Charlotte also referred to her supposed slip up two days ago which seemingly refer to her bump as a he.
She said: ‘Obviously I’m getting messages saying I already knew it was a boy cause you slipped up the other day. I’ve actually listened to the video 5500 times and I did say ‘IT’s kicking me’.
‘I think it just sounded like he. I think it just sounded like he all the time cause obviously I knew it was a boy.’

Charlotte said she wanted to keep things a surprise in the run up to the planned reveal and added: ‘Obviously I am the queen of parties and wanted to do a big gender reveal again but just thought Matthew didn’t want to do a big gender reveal’.
‘I just wanted to do something nice, intimate and just the three of us.’ Talking of her surprise that she was having a boy, she revealed how unwell she’d been in recent weeks.
‘We were at the twelve week scan…I was adamant I was having a girl. When I was doing pantomime I was so sick. I felt so ill. I felt so different to how I felt with Noah, but obviously I’m pregnant with a toddler so it is completely different’.
‘The first trimester you are so drained and tired I forgot how bad it actually is. Obviously working like I was, I was obviously doing two shows a day, I was up getting Noah sorted then going to do two shows’.

‘Noah doesn’t sleep properly so I’m not getting my sleep… so I was knackered and I just went off food and everything made me feel sick and I wasn’t like that with Noah. It was just really funny this time and I was obsessed with sweets and citrusy things’.
‘All my friends that have had girls have said thats exactly what I was craving with my girl so I was adamant I was having a girl.’
Charlotte revealed the happy news last month, and admitted to feeling ‘very blessed’ after suffering a miscarriage at 10 weeks in April 2022.
Speaking with OK! Magazine, she said: ‘I wanted to scream and tell everybody, ring my mum and all my friends, but we couldn’t really get excited enough because of what happened last time.
‘I can’t believe it’s actually happened again and Noah is going to be a big brother! Obviously this one is a rainbow baby. I feel very blessed and very happy that I’ve managed to get pregnant again.’

Charlotte added: ‘We were absolutely heartbroken about the miscarriage last year. It came as a shock when I found out last April. It was like we’d just come to the realisation that we were having a baby and I lost it at 10 weeks.’
In April, the actress revealed she had suffered a miscarriage, after learning she was pregnant with her second child the month before.
The reality star penned a heartbreaking post to Instagram, admitting she and her fiancé Matt were ‘over the moon’ to be expecting again, and despite the loss they hope that ‘one day they will have their own rainbow baby.’
Charlotte shared a snap of her son Noah holding her positive pregnancy test, alongside a lengthy post detailing her sad loss.
In the caption Charlotte wrote: ‘Hi my darlings, I finally feel ready to post this.. I mean I don’t know when there is a good time to post this.
‘It’s been an extremely tough week mentally but also obviously physically… I am heartbroken beyond words.. and I know I’m never quiet on here, & always so open and honest with you guys so it’s been a shock to you all..

‘I keep getting lots & lots of messages worrying about us all, asking why I’m being quiet & if Noah is ok.. Noah is absolutely fine.. he’s amazing.
‘I’m the one that’s not OK… unfortunately I’ve suffered with a miscarriage. Obviously our families & close friends have known about me being pregnant, but didn’t announce anything until I got further down the line.. I was so excited to share our happy news with you all.’
She continued: ‘Noah’s little brother or little sister, as you can imagine Matthew & I were absolutely over the moon our little family was going to be growing.
‘I also found out on mother’s day which was just so special. But sometimes it’s just not meant to be, I really thought it was but it just wasn’t this time. Miscarriages are so common & not spoke about enough.
‘We are so heartbroken right now have no words and just don’t feel up to posting being my happy silly self right now… also please can people stop sending Matthew & I nasty messages about our parenting skills.’
