Chelsea 4-2 Brighton: Cole Palmer scores FOUR in a historic first half as the Blues continue bright start under Enzo Maresca

Cole Palmer scored four goals as Chelsea continued their bright start to the season with a 4-2 win over Brighton at Stamford Bridge. 

Georginio Rutter gave Brighton the lead with a header inside the box after a mix up in the Chelsea defence. 

Palmer then finished in the near post to level the scoring after 21 minutes before scoring from the penalty spot seven minutes later. 

The forward then extended Chelsea lead to 3-1 in the 31st minute before Carlos Baleba pulled one back for the visitors. 

Palmed then score a further two goals before the break, with his fourth strike coming via a spectacular free-kick.
