It is anticipated that Lukaku, 28, who was at Chelsea between 2011 and 2014, would cost around £100million.
Haaland, meanwhile, is one of the most highly sought after players in world football, with the Borussia Dortmund star boasting a superb record of 57 goals in 59 appearances for the German side.
The 20-year-old has three years remaining on his contract at Dortmund, although he does have a release clause of £66m which comes into effect in the summer of 2022.
There are likely to be some significant departures with regards to attackers at Chelsea in order to make room for potential new signings.
