Chelsea host Eintracht Frankfurt at Stamford Bridge in second leg of Europa League semi-final clash.

Maurizio Sarri’s men were held to a 1-1 draw against the German side in the first leg after Luka Jovic gave Frankfurt the lead in the 23rd minute which was then equalised by Pedro just before half-time whistle to give Blues the away goal advantage.

The Blues will now be hoping there home advantage will see them through to the final to face either London rivals Arsenal or Valencia.
