She’s been keeping a low-profile of late ever since becoming a first mother to son Bear five months ago.
And now making her first step back into the spotlight, Cheryl, 34, has confessed that she’s hardly worn a stitch of make-up ever since welcoming her baby boy in March.
Speaking on Tuesday’s instalment of This Morning, the Call My Name songstress – who shares her adorable child with boyfriend Liam Payne, 24 – explained that she’s completely overhauled her beauty regime now that she is caring for her son.

The new mother-of-one confessed she’s only recently been able to find the time to wear a slick of lipstick and was left baffled seeing herself made up in so long.
In a teaser ahead of her first interview since becoming a mother, she shared: ‘Since becoming a mam, my beauty regime has actually gone out of the window.
‘It’s just been recently that I’ve had time to start applying it again and it’s been lovely actually. I went out for dinner a few weeks ago and it was strange to see myself made up again but lovely at the same time.’
The L’Oreal brand ambassador added: ‘When you are taking care of a baby 24/7 it’s just not practical to always look perfectly made up.’

Cheryl’s exclusive This Morning’s beauty segment, which airs on the show this Wednesday, is the first time she’s been interviewed since giving birth.
Her candid beauty confession comes after she dished out her favourite beauty tips for multi-tasking new mothers in her first TV interview in 10 months.
In a teaser clip from her candid chat with This Morning, the singer credited coconut oil for staying glowing and radiant while dealing with the demands of a new baby.

She said: ‘I use coconut oil from head to toe. Literally, you can eat it, put it on your hair and you can put it on your face, your body. It’s brilliant stuff.
The stunning star continued: ‘My top tips for new mams would be – you don’t always get time to moisturise, when you’ve jumped in the shower quickly while they’re napping, or have a quick bath – so my thing would be, go in the bath and put in bath oil in with you so you don’t have to worry about that and you’re moisturised when you come out.
The interview, due to air on Wednesday from 10.30am will see Cheryl talk about her beauty regime, how to get that camera-ready look, plus life since becoming a mother to Bear.

Gotta be. Or my little boy, baby smell is just the best smell ever.’
He also revealed plans to buy a yacht in honour of his love and he even has a name in mind, saying: ‘I would name it The Cheryl because that’s my Mrs’ name and that’s the only thing I can think of right now. So there you go babe. There’s a yacht for you.’
And the One Direction star praised the ‘Only Human’ hitmaker for her recent efforts to make his birthday extra special.

He said: ‘Recently I had a birthday out in Majorca and my girlfriend had flown over all my friends and family to come and see me, I don’t often get to see them, so it was really nice to spend time with them.’
Liam, who has made a number of candid admissions about their relationship admitted he often says ‘too much.
Asked what his ‘warning label’ would say, he said: ‘I think my warning label would probably say ‘Please close mouth often’, because often too much is said.’
Sweethearts: Liam gushed about his girlfriend’s hair saying ‘I would have to say my girlfriend’s hair [is my favourite smell]. Gotta be. Or my little boy, baby smell is just the best smell ever.’
Liam also said he suspects Bear may want to use his middle name instead of his unusual forename as he gets older.
He said: Bear’s middle name is Grey, and I think it might be his nickname when he’s older, bless him, but we’ll see what happens.’
Liam and Cheryl had welcomed Bear into the world back in March, after the former Girls Aloud star had kept notoriously private about her pregnancy.

Introducing her son on Instagram days after his birth, Cheryl penned: ‘On Wednesday 22nd March Liam and I became parents to an incredibly beautiful, healthy baby boy, weighing 7lb 9 and looking like a dream. Although he still doesn’t have a name he is already stealing hearts.’
She continued: ‘We are all madly in love and overwhelmingly happy with our little arrival. Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers around the world. A day that now has a different meaning to me forever.’
Liam, meanwhile, had gushed: ‘My close friends and family know there are very few times when I’m left speechless… wow!
‘I’m incredibly happy to welcome our new baby boy into the world, it’s a moment that I will never forget for the rest of my life and my favourite memory I have so far.’
