The house where Chester Bennington committed suicide in July 2017 has become available for rent at $8,800 per month.
The 3,956-square-foot home located in the upscale littoral neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates was bought by Bennington in May 2017 for $2.4 million, according to an article on Tuesday by Realtor.com.
Bennington committed suicide by hanging in one of the house’s five bedrooms on July 20 at age 41.

The frontman was survived by his wife Talinda Bennington, 41, and six children, including three with Talinda.
The Palos Verdes Estates house includes four bathrooms, pool, spa and lawn with a children’s playhouse.
Vaulted ceilings can be found in the living and family rooms and the chef’s kitchen features an island, bar, pantry and stainless-steel appliances.
Talinda earlier this month took to Twitter to urge fans of the singer to leave memorials at Warner Bros Records instead of the Palos Verdes Estates house.

The former Playboy model on January 8 tweeted: ‘Please go to Warner Bros Records as a place for memorial for @ChesterBe. We will have a special memorial for his birthday but we are still trying to figure out the details. Thank you for all of your love & support.’
She also tweeted the same day that her family had moved out of the house.
‘We have moved into a new home…and the well meaning fans that still come to the house, are disturbing our tenants. We (our family & the band) are deciding on the best place for a permanent memorial. It’s a big decision and your respect & patience is appreciated. We love you all,’ she posted.

Linkin Park rose to fame after releasing its debut album Hybrid Theory in 2000.
It sold more than 10 million albums and was highlighted by Chester Bennington’s screeching signature vocals.
The band went on to become one of music’s top-selling acts and won accolades that included Grammy Awards.

Bennington was found dead on what would have been the 53rd birthday of Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell, who hanged himself in May 2017.
The two were close friends and Bennington was the godfather to Cornell’s 12-year-old son, Chris.
Linkin Park canceled its One More Light World Tour after their lead singer’s death.
The group paid tribute to him during an October 27 show at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.
