‘Working From Boat’: Chris Evans and his Virgin Radio crew broadcast Breakfast Show from a BOAT at the bottom of his garden

Chris Evans has taken working from home to the next level during the global coronavirus crisis.

The presenter, 53, revealed he had transformed a boat at the bottom of his garden in Marlow, Buckinghamshire into a makeshift radio studio in order to host his Breakfast Show in (semi) self-isolation.

The TV personality was joined by a stripped back Virgin Radio crew for filming, smiling in spite of the difficult circumstances.

Meanwhile, Chris’ fellow broadcasters including Myleene Klass and Amanda Holden are also soldiering on. 

It was business as usual for Myleene, who was seen leaving her Smooth Radio gig at Global House in central London on Thursday morning.

The star, 41, cut a sombre figure in her casual outfit, donning a white T-shirt embellished with the word ‘noir’.

Meanwhile, Amanda was forced to present her Heart Radio Breakfast Show from home in her pyjamas on Wednesday, after Prime Minister Boris Johnson urged Londoners and the country to limit social contact. 

The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 49, still managed to look effortlessly glamorous as she shared a snap of herself with microphone in hand and her beloved dog Rudie in the other. 

The radio presenter looked effortlessly glamorous in the nightwear as she posed up a storm for the camera, while in another video Rudie affectionately licked her on the cheek.

Her latest Instagram post comes two days after she uploaded an Instagram snap from the studios.

Posing with Ashley Roberts, who presents the showbiz segment, Amanda told her fans it was ‘business as usual’.

Staff at the studio had already been stripped back as of last week.
