Chris Evans gives a rare glimpse of his life as a dad to four children with wife Natasha Shishmanian

Chris Evans has given a rare glimpse of his life as a dad to four young children with wife Natasha Shishmanian.

The 56-year-old broadcaster shares three sons and one daughter with the professional golfer and part-time model Natasha, 38.

They met back in 2005 and tied the knot in 2007 after becoming golf partners at the All Star Cup celebrity tournament in Newport, Wales.

And the radio host has now given fans an inside look at his role as a family man in a recent Instagram post showing his four little ones.

Noah, 14, Eli, ten, and four-year-old twins Walt and Boo, were pictured in a camper van which he calls Monica – as they tucked into ham sandwiches with various snacks on the table and bottles of orange juice.

They were parked up on a gorgeous green patch with some great views of the countryside landscape surrounding them, and they made sure to wrap up warm with some warm jumpers jackets.

Taking to his social media profile on Sunday, Chris penned alongside the picture: ‘Giving Monica the CarFest Splitty a gentle pre season run out. Only a few bits have fallen off so far. Not bad for a 63 year old camper.’

Previously, Chris has revealed that his eldest son Noah is banned from having a mobile phone as he admitted they ‘scare the s**t out of me’.

The radio DJ does not have a mobile of his own either believing it to have boosted his mental health by reducing his anxiety and making him a better dad.

Speaking to The Sun last March, he said he thought that getting rid of the technology made people more ‘present’ and that a phone was a ‘massive time thief’.

He explained: ‘Noah is the only kid in his year without a phone. He turned 13 a couple of weeks ago so we discussed it, and got him a device and let him download Whatsapp. But then immediately something happened — there was a bump in the road — and he came off it. It’s like stopping drinking. You can always start again but you can never undrink what you’ve drunk.

‘Noah is different, and a better conversationalist for it. If you’re not on the phone as a kid, you’re a more present kid.’

He added that he felt children learned better from books than on their phones and that he was ‘happier without’.

In September last year, Chris seemingly ruled out having any more children with Natasha.

He told his Virgin Radio co-stars at the time: ‘I think that Tash is very secretly gearing up to become a yoga teacher.

‘I think now, this is the biggest heads-up that we’re not going to have any more children because obviously she’s not going to tell me either way!’

The DJ also has a daughter Jade, 34, with his former fiancée Alison Ward.

Chris and Natasha tied the knot in a romantic ceremony in Faro, Portugal, in August 2007 and they have been happily married ever since.

The broadcaster was previously married to pop princess turned acclaimed actress Billie Piper, 39, from May 2001 to September 2004.

Billie famously popped the question to Chris on his 35th birthday when she was the tender age of 18.

The former flames went onto tie the knot in a ceremony in Las Vegas at the time.

Prior to his union with the Because We Want To hitmaker, Chris was married to TV and radio personality Carol McGiffin, 61, from 1991 to 1994.

It comes after Chris hinted that he may not return to television after telling a fan he has reached his ‘limit’ with his breakfast radio show.

The broadcaster – who co-presented Channel 4’s The Big Breakfast from 1992 to 1994, fronted TFI Friday from 1996 to 2000 and again in 2015, and presented Top Gear in 2016 – told a fan he wants to focus on spending time with his family, according to the Mirror.

When asked if he had any plans to appear on TV again any time soon, he told the devotee: ‘No can do. Family time is everything to me. Radio in the a.m is my limit.’

MailOnline has contacted a representative for Chris for comment.

He first rose to fame as the presenter of Don’t Forget Your Toothbrush, which he fronted for one year on Channel 4 from 1994.

The game show was made by his own production company Ginger Media Group.

Chris currently hosts the Weekday Breakfast Show on Virgin Radio after returning to the station in January 2019.
