Starting him early! Chris Hemsworth steps out to buy his eight-year-old son a mobile phone in Byron Bay
Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky’s twin boys Sasha and Tristan celebrated their eighth birthday last month.
And it seems the Thor actor has decided to treat at least one of the lads to a mobile phone to celebrate, as he was seen picking one up in Byron Bay on Tuesday.
Chris, 38, was seen holding hands with one of the twins as the pair walked down the street, before the youngster was spotted unpacking a a phone from a box mid-stroll.

The phone itself was from Opel, whose website says they offer a rang of ‘easy to use phones targeted to seniors, kids, the vision impaired and hearing impaired.’
For the outing, Chris looked cool in a beige T-shirt, trousers and brown sneakers.
He teamed his casual look with an off-white baseball cap.

His son was styled in an equally as cool ensemble, consisting of an Adidas T-shirt, a matching hoodie and joggers.
Chris and Elsa are also parents to daughter India Rose, who turns 10 in May.
Last month, Chris marked the twins’ birthday by sharing a throwback image of the tots dressed as Thor and wielding their own Mjollnir, the hammer of the thunder god.

Chris’ touching post came after Elsa also shared a heartwarming tribute to their twin sons.
‘Happy birthday to my two beautiful boys! I can’t believe you are 8,’ she wrote.
‘So many adventures together and so many more to come. You make me a better person every day.’

Chris and Elsa met in early 2010 and married in December the same year.
The family of five live in Byron Bay, on the NSW North Coast, in a mega-mansion estimated to be worth $30million, after relocating from Los Angeles in 2014.
