Chris Hemsworth revealed a fun family fact during a radio interview on Friday.
The Transformers One star, 41, told Nova’s Jase and Lauren show that he lets his twin sons, Tristan and Sasha, 10, cut their own hair.
The admission came after host Lauren Phillips told the actor she spotted the young duo’s unique ‘dos’ on the red carpet at the premiere of Transformers One in Sydney.
‘I want to talk to you about your sons’ haircuts Chris,’ she said.
‘I saw them on the red carpet. Is that you doing your best Edward Scissorhands because no hairdresser is putting their name to those haircuts?’
Chris admitted his boys and a group of their friends have taken to giving each other quirky bowl-style haircuts.
‘My two boys and about six of their friends have all started cutting this kind of like bowl haircut,’ he admitted.
‘Now Tristan, his mate did that and then he went to the hairdresser just to straighten up, so that one’s been done by a professional.’

The Thor star added he wielded the scissors to create Sasha’s look, but was under constant supervision.
‘Sasha’s haircut, I did myself but I was under strict instruction of what to do,’ he said.
While Lauren slammed the looks as ‘the worst haircuts I’ve ever seen,’ Chris was also quite cutting in his remarks.
‘I was like “you look like Lloyd Christmas from Dumb & Dumber,”‘ he said, referring to Jim Carey’s character in the iconic comedy.

‘They were like: “what? shut up, dad, I hate you.”‘
Chris then asked Lauren if she would be willing to let him loose on her locks and it was a hard ‘no’ from the radio host.
The actor was left red-faced earlier this month after he shared the cringeworthy results of the shock haircut he gave his ten-year-old twin sons Sasha and Tristan.
The Marvel action star posted a photo to Instagram which showcased his twin sons rocking their daggy hairdos, after receiving a poor quality cut from their famous dad.
The boys looked absolutely humiliated in the surprising photo, which Chris captioned with some hilarious words: ‘Hairdressing has always been my one true passion.’
Many of Hemsworth’s followers quickly took to the comment section to express their thoughts over the hilarious photo.
‘Hemsworth scissorhands,’ wrote Phillips while Isla Fisher added: ‘Haahhahahah.’
‘THIS is why Thor was crying,’ a third person chipped in.
‘Fortunately for them horrible hair cuts is the latest fashion,’ another person joked.
‘Sasha’s haircut, I did myself but I was under strict instruction of what to do,’ he said
