Chris Pratt and his estranged wife Anna Faris reportedly have moved forward on amicably ending their eight-year marriage five months after legally separating.
‘They have a prenup,’ sources told TMZ on Friday.
‘[In mirroring divorce documents,] they are both asking for joint custody of 5-year-old [son] Jack. We’re told the property settlement agreement is almost completely worked out.’

Citing the celeb favorite excuse – ‘irreconcilable differences’ – the Minnesota-born 38-year-old filed for divorce first and the Baltimore-born 41-year-old immediately responded.
Fans rooting for Chris and Anna’s marriage might be shocked, but Faris had already moved on with Michael Barrett, the cinematographer on her upcoming film Overboard back in September.
‘We tried hard for a long time, and we’re really disappointed,’ they jointly wrote in an August 6 Facebook post.
