‘Today, daddy caught a metal post to the ankle. Should be interesting moving forward,’ he concluded.

It isn’t clear if the injury has affected the production or if filming has been suspended, though given the action-packed nature of the show, it wouldn’t be surprising.

Pratt signed on to the project back in late January, with Amazon MGM Studios picking up the hot project.

The script from Marco Van Belle (Arthur & Merlin) is set in a world where capital crime has skyrocketed.

Pratt plays a detective whose life is upended when he’s accused of a violent crime and is forced to prove his innocence.

The actor stars alongside Rebecca Ferguson, Annabelle Wallis, Kali Reis, Kylie Rogers, Kenneth Choi, Chris Sullivan and Rafi Gavron.

Timur Bekmambetov (Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter) directs from Van Belle’s script, with Charles Roven producing through Atlas Entertainment.

When Pratt was filming scenes earlier this week, he was spotted filming scenes where he was arresting another character.

While his character name has yet to be revealed, the name ‘Raven’ was sewn onto his uniform.

The project reunites Pratt with director Bekmambetov, with Pratt having a small role in the Russian filmmaker’s 2008 action film Wanted.

Just a year after Wanted hit theaters, Pratt landed his breakthrough role as Andy Dwyer in NBC’s Parks and Recreation.

His career was further launched into the stratosphere by playing Star-Lord in 2014’s Guardians of the Galaxy.
