Chrissie Swan reveals the filthy state of her car and admits she STILL has her Logies dress from June in the boot

Chrissie Swan has opened up about the messy state of her car, revealing she still has her dress from the Logie Awards in June in the boot.

The radio presenter, 49, admitted on Wednesday she keeps ‘everything’ in her car, including the waist-cinching black gown she wore to last year’s Logies.

‘I call my car the mobile living room. I’ve got everything in there,’ she said on The Chrissie Swan Show.

‘My Logies dress is still in my boot from June,’ she added.

Chrissie posted the clip to Instagram and many of her followers found her admission about having a messy car relatable.

‘Jeepers! Time to sort the boot,’ one fan joked, and another said: ‘OMG Chrissie.’

It comes after Chrissie admitted landing a plum afternoon radio gig hosting her own national show on Nova FM felt like a new lease on life.

The mother of three said co-hosting breakfast shows for years affected her sleep schedule and she was now looking forward to having her mornings free.

‘It feels like a reward for the 20 years of early mornings that I still get to do radio which I love and get the time to sleep in,’ she told the Herald Sun.

‘I’m really excited to make my kids brekky and pack their bag, I’ve never done that. I never thought I would and that I’ll do brekky radio for 100 years.’ 

The Melbourne-born star presented her first episode of The Chrissie Swan Show last month and promised listeners they can expect lots of laughs.

‘That 2 – 4pm slot is everyone getting home from school thinking about what to cook for dinner, the crux of the day. We’re going to have some fun,’ she said.

Chrissie and her ex-partner Chris Saville are parents to sons Leo, 14, and Kit, 11, and daughter Peggy, nine.
