Chrissie Swan shares her mouth-watering day on a plate while on luxurious European holiday

Chrissie Swan has taken to social media to share a selection of some of the most mouth-watering meals she ate while on a recent luxury European holiday.

The radio personality, 50, shared a gallery of tasty dishes to Instagram on Sunday, which captured some of the exquisite Italian cuisine she enjoyed while in the country.

The delicious-looking dishes comprised of a variety of traditional Italian cuisine, including Risotto Milanese and Osso Bucco, caprese salad and a Melanzane Parmigiana.

Swan captioned the gallery with some informative words: ‘Drum roll please… here are the top ten things I ate over the last month in Europe.

‘It was a tough race but #1 has to be the risotto Milanese and Osso Bucco I had in Milan along with the best Caprese Salad ever and also a Melanzane Parmigiana I got outside of Naples…’

The brunette beauty added she was now back in Australia presenting on Nova’s The Chrissie Swan Show, where listeners could hear her top food tips.

It comes after Chrissie took to social media earlier this month to share a stomach-churning image of her ‘worst meal ever’.

The presenter shared a photo of the meal to Instagram, which consisted of a bread roll, a bowl of vegetables and a chicken and pea stew slop served to her during a flight.

Chrissie did not mince words in her appraisal of the dish: ‘Behold. The worst meal ever served on a plane or anywhere in the known universe.

‘I am always and forever pro plane food. But this was… a very sad episode.’

Chrissie recently revealed she feels like ‘a different person’ after losing half her body weight during the Covid pandemic.

After dropping a reported 90kg since the start of lockdowns, she discussed her weight loss in an interview with The Australian Women’s Weekly and said the ‘enormous’ lifestyle changes she’d made had significantly improved her life.
