Set in the start position on her knees, Nova began rolling forward.
When it was time to engage her abdomen and move in reverse, she continued rolling forward instead, until her body was completely horizontal.

It didn’t end there. Chrissy couldn’t resist sharing one more short clip of her friend struggling to move a push/pull sled.

The Cravings author has dabbled with sobriety before.
She quit drinking in late November of 2020 and announced just days ahead of the new year that she had reached four weeks.
She embarked on the journey as a way to help herself heal following the loss of her and husband John Legend’s son ‘Jack’ due to partial placenta abruption in late September at just 20 weeks.
20 days ago Mrs. Legend marked a 50 day streak and took to social media to reflect.

‘Today is my 50 day sobriety streak! it should be nearly a year but I had a few (wine) hiccups in the road. this is my longest streak yet!,’ she began.
Chrissy has been open about her complicated relationship with alcohol in the past and has a history of alcohol abuse in her family, but confessed to the possibility of drinking again some day.
The Utah native continued: ‘I still dunno if I’ll never drink again but I do know it no longer serves me in ANY way. I don’t get more fun, I don’t dance, I don’t get relaxed. I get sick, fall asleep and wake up sick, having missed what was probably a fun night.’
