Chrissy Teigen has pushed her husband to the limit with a long-running running joke that she refuses to let lie.
The 32-year-old model has been trolling husband John Legend for the past week about his resemblance to children’s cartoon character Arthur Read.
In one of her most recent posts, Chrissy shared an illustrated drawing of the cartoon with altered features to look more like the 39-year-old All of Me singer, even adding his last name over a picture of the character. But John was over the comparisons and commented ‘enough is enough’ on the hilarious picture.

Other celebs – including John’s fellow singer John Mayer – joined in on the trolling session with their own comments about the couple’s relationship and how much John looks like Arthur.
‘Find someone who looks at you like @chrissyteigen looks at ways to take the legs out from under @johnlegend,’ Mayer commented on the image.
Model Karlie Kloss also commented on the Instagram post, saying she could now clearly see the resemblance between John and lovable cartoon character.
This latest bout of trolling by Chrissy first started last Wednesday when she posted a picture of their two-year-old daughter Luna perched on a folding garden chair while holding a stuffed toy version of the children’s character Arthur.
Chrissy shared the sweet snap on Instagram with a caption jokingly claiming that the tot was posing with her ‘daddy.’

‘Luna and Daddy,’ the model captioned for the photo to the surprise of her husband who could only comment a simple ‘wow’ in response.
But the trolling didn’t stop there.
Chrissy also shared a joking Instagram picture on Monday, this time taking the chance to poke at one of her own wardrobe choices, while once again highlighting John’s resemblance to the characters from Arthur.
Posting a split image of herself and John at the American Music Awards in 2016, the Sports Illustrated model compared John to David Read, Arthur’s father on the cartoon show.
She then pointed out her own similarities to a character from Family Guy known as ‘Legs Go All the Way Up Peter’, a bizarre creation that has nothing but a head, arms, and legs – highlighting just how long her legs looked in the shot, thanks to the waist-high split of her dress.
Over the photo was the caption ‘when you find your cartoon soulmate’, clearly Chrissy’s way of pointing out how much she loves her husband, despite the endless online trolling.

John has showed his lighthearted side by also poking fun at himself about looking like Arthur.
Over the weekend, he posted a photo of his two-year-old daughter with the Arthur doll and her grandfather.
He captioned the photo: ‘Luna and Grandpa (and a stuffed animal whose name we shall not speak).’
Unfortunately for John, it seems the stuffed animal will be in his household for the foreseeable future as Luna appears to have taken a liking to the cute creature.
