After making the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover once again, Chrissy Teigen has now revealed who she wants one of the next cover girls to be.
The 38-year-old model made her modeling debut in the 2010 SI Swimsuit Issue and was named “Rookie of the Year.’
She also appeared on the 50th Anniversary cover with Nina Agdal and Lily Aldridge, and was one of numerous cover girls for the 2024 60th anniversary edition.
Now the supermodel and mom of four is opening up about who she next wants to see on the cover of the annual issue.
While discussing her Nada Yada Island campaign for Metro by T-Mobile for People, Teigen endorsed singer/actress Sabrina Carpenter to be the new SI cover girl.

Teigen said it would be, ‘iconic and amazing’ to see Carpenter on the cover, adding, ‘We’re obsessed with her music right now.’
Carpenter has yet to respond publicly to Teigen’s interview, and it remains to be seen if she’s even interested in being on the SI cover.
She did recently branch out into modeling, endorsing and posing in new pieces for SKIMS’ Fits Everybody and Stretch Lace collections.
The singer said she, ‘loved the femininity of the whole creative,’ adding she has, ‘always been a fan of the brand.’
As for Teigen, she was also asked about her favorite SI Swimsuit Issue cover models throughout the years, and was asked which former cover girl she’s like to come back.
She answered Swedish model Petra Nemcova, adding, ‘When I get an email from Petra, there’s nothing like it. It’s like a poem. It’s so beautiful.’
‘She’s the most positive, aspirational person I think I’ve ever met in my entire life,’ Teigen said, adding she wanted to see Irina Shayk come back also.
At the issue launch party in N.Y.C., Teigen spoke to Extra about how her daughter Luna, 8, helped out behind the camera during the 2024 photo shoot.
Teigen said it would be, ‘iconic and amazing’ to see Carpenter on the cover, adding, ‘We’re obsessed with her music right now.’

‘Luna was actually using the leaf blower on my hair…she loves seeing all this stuff ever since she was little,’ she said.
‘She loved watching me in glam, getting hair and makeup done. She puts on my shoes, everything,’ Teigen added.
