Christian Wilkins has revealed which iconic Australian singer he would love to book to perform at his wedding – when he does tie the knot.
The model, 28, recently told The Jess Rowe Big Talk Show podcast it is his dream to get pop princess Kylie Minogue to perform on his big day.
‘I want Kylie to serenade me. I’ve named my cat after her, I just love her. She was my first CD I had as a kid,’ he began.
‘On A Night Like This was my favourite song. I used to refuse to go to bed until I did a lip sync of it.’
The openly gay star joked his lifelong adoration of queer icon Minogue was part of the reason he never had to ‘come out’ to his parents.

‘I love that her songs are joyous, she stands up for the community. She’s just the best, plus she’s an Aussie,’ he added.
Wilkins is not currently in a relationship and he joked that after booking Kylie for the wedding his next step was ‘finding the groom’.

In an interview with Good Weekend, he revealed that the pair have a strong relationship.
‘Dad has always completely supported me,’ the model and influencer told the publication.
It comes after Christian revealed what happened when he first discussed his sexuality with his dad.

He said there was never a particular moment when he decided to tell his famous father Richard about it, because he always knew the Today Extra host would accept him.
Speaking on Phoebe Burgess’ podcast Under the Gloss, Christian recalled a time when he was younger and one of his father’s friends, whom he did not name, told him that Richard was expecting him to formally come out.
‘I went into dad’s office and I was almost about to cry and I was like, ‘I just heard that you want me to say something and I think it’s unfair that you do,” Christian said.
Richard, who is one of the longest-serving presenters at Channel Nine, reassured his son he had no expectations, and that he didn’t need to feel pressure to publicly come out.
