Chuck Norris greets fans at Sydney’s Supanova convention

The annual Supanova Comic Con And Gaming convention has opened its doors for thousands of fans in Sydney on Saturday.

And turning up at the popular event this year as a special guest is none other than Chuck Norris.

The action movie hero was all smiles as he enthusiastically greeted his doting Australian fans – some of which paid $150 to meet him.

With a bottle of water in hand, the 78-year-old looked relaxed in a navy jumper and blue jeans.

There were plenty of opportunities to meet and hear Chuck as the actor had a big day consisting of Q and As, posing for studio portraits, and autograph signings.

An autograph with Chuck was listed for $120 per person, and a photograph was $150.

The action hero will be greeting fans in Western Australia next weekend when Supanova heads to Perth on June 22.

Chuck wasn’t the only action star visiting Sydney for Supanova this weekend.

Arrow star Stephen Amell was also featured as a special guest at the popular convention.

The hunky actor is only scheduled to appear in Sydney’s Supanova event before jetting off, likely due to his busy work schedule.

Season six of Arrow recently finished airing in America, and the show will return later this year with a brand new season.

While he’s been busy the past few years filming his popular CW superhero TV series, Stephen said he would love for his character to make the leap to the bid screen.

‘That would be amazing,’ the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows actor told Perth Now on Tuesday.

Having said that, the buff Canadian star admits, ‘I don’t know if it is possible (but) I certainly wouldn’t say no.’
