Walking through the park in one scene, the 34-year-old looked almost unrecognisable in a pair of black jeans and turquoise cardigan.

Clare appeared to look even slimmer than she did a couple of months ago, after she debuted her incredible 50kg weight loss.

Previously, the former MAFS star ordered three pizzas a day and weighed 119kg at the height of her weight struggles.

Earlier this year, Clare said she feels better than ever after shedding an impressive 50kg in 12 months.

In a lengthy Instagram post shared in February, the reality TV star reflected on how far she’s come in her weight loss journey.

Just one year ago, Clare was too ashamed to leave her house due to her excessive weight gain – but all that’s changed now.

‘What a difference a year makes. This time last year I didn’t even want to go outside my house,’ she wrote alongside a modelling photo.

‘A year on, I’m walking the runway for @aron_katona. This is the first time I have ever done anything like this. I was so intimidated as I didn’t feel like I had any right to be walking the runway in a real fashion show with these stunning professional models.

‘Is there a better feeling than facing something that scares you head on? I am loving myself sick in this photo and usually I hate all photos of myself.’

The former reality star, who was once a size 12, gained 45kg after appearing on MAFS in 2016 due to stress from the show. As of February this year, she weighs a healthy 70kg.

‘I had to let [the experience] go,’ she told New Idea last year, adding that she used to order three pizzas a day at her heaviest.

She added: ‘I was still holding on to resentment that Jono [Pitman, her ‘husband’ on MAFS] and I were both set up to fail and I finally realised it was just a waste of time.’

After deciding to change her life, Clare swapped her fast food binges for a healthy diet and began exercising regularly, which helped her lose 50kg in a year.

‘Exercising… being able to walk again – and walk up to 10 kilometres again, like I used to – and eating better because I can stand up for a minute, rather than just ordering takeaway, it’s been a real year of change,’ she said.
