Cleaning expert shares her simple hack for ensuring you NEVER lose your socks in the wash again

A mum-of-two has shared a simple hack to ensure you never lose pairs of socks in the washing machine again. 

Chantel Mila, from Melbourne, uses a $3 mesh fabric bag to separate socks from other clothing items in the wash. 

The mum uses one mesh bag for each member of her family and before washing places their dirty socks into individual bags.

A mum-of-two has shared a simple hack to ensure you never lose pairs of socks in the washing machine again

She then places the white mesh bags into a washing load with the remaining dirty clothing items and completes a machine cycle. 

Once the cycle has finished Chantel places the mesh bags directly into her dryer along with the other clothing items.

After the dryer she simply removes the socks from their individual mesh bags and begins folding them. 

Chantel claims that this simple hack is extremely effective and help saves so much time, others have shared their thoughts in the comment section

Chantel completes a simple sock fold by placing one sock horizontally onto her bench top and places the other sock vertically on top.

Once the socks are in a cross-like formation she folds in the edges of the horizontal sock and folds down the edges of the vertical sock to make a neat parcel. 

The mum-of-two’s simple hack will never have you rummaging through your washing basket again trying to find matching sock pairs.
